I think the Cooper Robertson Plan was a waste of money

The park seeks to be a cheap clone of Chicago"s Millennium Park.  miami is not Chicago.  Chicago has miles of open waterfront land. The Cooper Robertson Plan haqs a number of event spaces that make it interesting for a day but will not be a place where residents want to go back to refresh themselves. And it cost the city $1.6 million?
